Trinamool Congress chief Mahua Moitra’s problem to her expulsion from parliament shall be heard by the Supreme Courtroom as we speak. 

A Supreme Courtroom bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and SV Bhatti will hear Ms Moitra’s request to revive her Lok Sabha membership.

Ms Moitra has accused the parliamentary ethics committee that appeared into cash-for-query allegations towards her and really useful her expulsion of “breaking each rule”.

The Trinamool chief was accused of taking bribes, together with Rs 2 crore in money and “luxurious present gadgets”, from Darshan Hiranandani, in trade for asking questions vital of the federal government in parliament.
