Michael Chiarello, a star chef, died this weekend … and it was apparently sudden.
The previous “Meals Community” star handed away Saturday whereas being handled on the Queen of the Valley Medical Heart in Napa, CA — and, because it seems, his hospitalization is the results of a deadly allergy assault … this in response to his personal firm.
